-ARTWORKS & EDITIONS

This website offers original artworks and limited-edition prints by Julietta Salvatierra.

Each limited-edition print is produced in an edition of 50. Every print is signed and individually numbered by the artist and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

Edition numbers are assigned according to availability at the time of purchase. Once the complete edition has been sold, the artwork will not be reproduced as part of that edition.

Any commissioned or bespoke artwork is subject to the specific terms agreed with the client before work begins.

-PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices shown on the website include VAT where applicable. The final order total, including any applicable tax and delivery charge, is shown before payment.

Import duties, customs clearance charges and local taxes outside the European Union are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise. They are payable by the collector.

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods displayed at checkout. An order is not accepted until payment has been authorized and availability, destination eligibility and order details have been verified.

-SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Artworks are shipped using trackable services and are insured in transit. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by production time, customs, remote-area service, carrier restrictions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not accept orders for delivery to Israel or to destinations where the selected carrier cannot lawfully or reliably provide service. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the collector will be contacted and any amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method.

The collector must provide complete and accurate delivery information and cooperate with reasonable customs or carrier requirements.

-RETURNS, DAMAGE & CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Custom or personalized artworks may be excluded from cancellation or return.

If an artwork arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact us to julietta@juliettasalvatierra.art as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours, with photographs of the artwork and its packaging.

Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved.

-OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Purchasing an artwork transfers ownership of the physical object only.

Copyright and all reproduction, commercial, digital and image-use rights remain with Julietta Salvatierra unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The purchase of a print does not grant permission to reproduce, commercially exploit, resell or distribute the artwork image.

-WEBSITE CONTENT & ACCEPTABLE USE

Website texts, photographs, artworks, videos, graphics, logos and design are protected by intellectual-property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, commercially exploit or use website content without prior written permission.

The website must be used lawfully and must not be used to introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation or infringe the rights of others.

-ACCURACY & AVAILABILITY

Reasonable care is taken to ensure that artwork descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours and edition information are accurate.

Colours may appear differently depending on individual screens, lighting and display settings.

Artwork availability may change without notice. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, the amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method.

-PRIVACY & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Personal information is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

-LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, Julietta Salvatierra is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

-CHANGES & GOVERNING LAW

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts determined by applicable law.
